She goes on to say, "but one thing he didn't seem or want to understand was this: I had a little power of my own. I could decide who I spent the rest of my life with -- and as of that moment, no matter how much i still loved him, I could never forgive or forget this ultimate insult. He'd lost me. Go Insane was the epitaph for our relationship."

That's not true. I met him in September of 1984 and I didn't know about the break up so I asked him how Carol was. He said they had broken up because she was slightly self destructive and he didn't want to go down that road. He bought her a condo, paid her bills until she could take care of herself. He was sad about it (I'm doing this from memory so bear with me) but he didn't appear to be heart broken. He made it sound like he left her. I haven't read the book, I never will, but he wasn't as desperate as she makes him out to be. I don't believe for a second that he begged her to come back and asked her to marry him.

As for her working on the Little Lies video, that's not true either. I was 'phone buddies' with Judy Wong at the time and she told me all about that shoot, she never mentioned Carol being there. She mentioned other people being there (JC, Wayne Cody, Kim Brakely etc) but no mention of Carol.
