There are no dark conspiracies or sordid dramas on the Ledge. Members come and go of their own accord, or are removed because they cannot abide by our very liberally enforced protocol. It's pretty cut and dry folks.

There's no doubt that Carrie was a volatile member of the ledge. She wasn't overly kind & she was ofetn brutally honest, but she never went out of her way to personally attack anyone either. She will call people out if she thinks they are mistaken & I don't understand what is wrong with that.

Yes, I am a personal friend of hers so I am biased, but really. I have seen (and experienced) much worse offenses here that were ignored or let off with a slap on the wrist. Correcting someone else's grammar was the straw the broke the camel's back & got her perma-bant?

1) Repeatedly annoying a mod seems to do it to.

2) By asking where certain members are or what happened? That stirs the pot? I don't think any of the members who asked or answered, for that matter) were trying to start anything up. Talk about conspiracy theories...

So if you notice that a member is gone & wonder what happened, just keep your mouth shut & wonder in silence. Duly noted.

JTIS - I had about 3 hours of sleep last night because my toddler decided it would be fun to wake up at midnight. So I may be a bit cranky.
