2009 Summer Marathon Series Schedule

Here is the highly anticipated schedule for the summer marathon series that was announced this morning on the morning buzz. This is the 28th year for the summer marathon series which continues to be a valued tradition here at WBWC.

Thursday May 7th- Bruce Sprinsteen And the E Street Band

Thursday May 14th- Talking Heads

Thursday May 21st- Iron Maiden

Thursday May 28th- Simple MInds

Thursday June 4th- David Bowie

Thursday June 11th- Fleetwood Mac

Thursday June 18th- Blink 182

Thursday June 25th- No Doubt

Thursday July 2nd- Warped Tour (Celebrating 15 years of the Warped Tour)

Thursday July 9th- ACDC

Thursday July 16th- Peter Gabriel

Thursday July 23rd- The Dave Matthews Band

Thursday July 30th- Depeche Mode

Thursday August 6th- The Beatles

Thursday August 13th- Woodstock

Thursday August 20th- Death Cab For Cutie

Thursday August 27th- Pearl Jam

Thursday September 3rd- U2

The summer Marathon series will begin on Thursdays at 7a.m. and go until 1 a.m. The marathons include rare tracks, exclusive interviews, giveaways, and much much more.
