Default The Biggest Loser

No, not me - the show!

Anyone catch the season finale last night? Wow. I mean, WOW! The before & afters alone were jaw-dropping. I've never seen seasons 1 or 2, and started watching this season about halfway through after catching a marathon of shows on Bravo.

These people are so inspiring, so amazing. They make me want to be healthier & more active. I now love this show, and I'm so glad that Erik won. I was crying several times over the 2 hour finale. It's so great to see these people completely change their lives.

And that Poppi that won the smaller cash prize? Talk about a change. A size 22 to a 2 - incredible.

^ Love this show!!! I've seen every season and it never gets old. Every Wednesday nite at 8:00, I curl up on the couch with a big tub of ice-cream and a bag of cookies and watch. I cry too (I'm the biggest loser).

Like I said in some other thread I stopped watching because Kai was prompting murderous rages within me...glad to hear that Erik won though!!!

I was way into the first season, but I kind of had a crush on the guy that ended up winning (Ryan Benson)

^ Kai is evil, I'm convinced. Then I heard she was a law student & understood. You see, they're typically odd and slightly annoying, in my experience. I'm sure that didn't apply to Strand when he was in school....

And how nice that Theresa eats ice cream while watching the show.

That's so funny because when I was into the first season I would totally eat dinner while watcing, or have a brownie or something...it felt wrong somehow -but yeah....the show made me freakin' want food

And yes, Paula Kai is evil...no argument there....

Really? Hungry? I swear, it make me want to exercise. I usually do weights while it's on.

The first few times I watched it it had that effect on me. I was still in Rochester during the first season, and I swear it did get my ass to the gym for like the first three episodes - then I started eating while it was on

Now? I didn't really notice during the eps. I watched this season, but with or without the show I'm working out consistently now, which I wasn't then...so
