Smoothies: Delicious, Nutritious Goodness

[David]

Here's my favorite smoothie:

1/2 cup frozen dark, sweet cherries, pitted
2 refrigerated bananas
1/2 cup orange juice, not from concentrate
1/2 cup Silk brand vanilla soy milk

Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.

For a fun variation, try frozen wild blueberries instead of cherries. Or combine the two for a lightning bolt of cancer-fighting, heart-healthy antioxidants!
