Default What's that song where the school children start chanting at the end?

There is a song I really liked and it was by a popular band and it starts out as a normal song and then all of the sudden these children start chanting about leaving the school kids alone or something. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I'd really love to buy this song but have no idea who sings it or even what the song title is. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks so much! The first time I heard this song I thought it was too strange but the second time I heard it on the radio, I thought it was awesome... I think I'll go down to the record store tomorrow and see if I can find it. I'm suprised something so left field was a major radio hit though. It's almost stranger then Tusk!

The Wall is a great album and the movie The Wall is great too! Did anyone see Roger Waters: The Wall where he had musicians from all genres sing songs from The Wall like Sinead O'Connor, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrisson and Cyndi Lauper? It was great!

No need for laments, Lux... once he was rid of the shackles FM had him in, his solo material set the world on fire.

Sorry, I had to.

There's no accounting for tastes and, quite frankly, the general public has none or sh*t like Ashlee Simpson would never make it.

Yeah, I was thinking that. And is his solo work even very adventurous? The bit I've heard isn't, really. Tusk doesn't strike me as extremely adventurous. Even Tusk, the song, while fairly adventurous, still sort of just has regular drumming and notes on it.

But "Go Your Own Way," "Tusk," "Trouble" and "Big Love" were all big hits, too... so we can't discount the public's tastes altogether.

'Sides, it was just a little joke. We Stevie fans bear the brunt of a good many of 'em, so we gotta dish 'em out now and then, too.

I love Fleetwood Mac's music and I love Lindsey's solo music... I never find myself wishing one would sound more like the other. I prefer having the variety of two different approaches.

Although the lines between the two have been considerably blurred over the years.

A song doesn't have to have screeching metal like Whole Lotta Love to be adventurous. Is Come adventurous because it has lots of guitar? I've heard guitar before. We're talking more along the lines of song structure. Quality is subjective and if someone can't distinguish, doesn't care or is content if music is the same dribble in different keys then there's no point in trying to convert, it's simply what pleases them.
Yeah, okay. I was thinking about song structure, too. Actually, I was more specifically thinking about note structure and rhythm structure. His Tango songs actually strike me as the most adventurous. And I know you weren't talking about me when you are talking about if someone "can't distinguish, doesn't care, or is content if music is the same dribble in different keys".

Lindsey's songs are all still basically in the traditional verse/chorus/verse/chorus/bridge/chorus/fade structure.

Or are you referring to how the tracks were built, in terms of instrumentation, vocal effects, etc.?

Yeah, and he usually just uses your basic classical note structure in the usual way. Usually. He does have a way with the layering, though, that's for sure.

I'm just saying that popularity is not a gauge of quality.
