Hey face of glass and Sahara

Do you have DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter: If so waht does DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter show the region coding as being?

I have resisted buying the US or AUS import as I was never satisfied that the region coding was either region 1 or region 0 (as most music DVD are)

Nope, don't have it, sorry.

If there's no region given is it safe to assume it's region free?

Holy Batlayer Neil! Thanks for reminding me about the existence of the Decrypter.

It does show regions 1-8 for the Soundstage DVD.

Ah, official misinformation. Well, that's what you get with Lindsey Buckingham-related products these days.

I've just played the Australian version of Soundstage that I have in my UK region 2 laptop and it plays fine. It's showing no macrovision enabled either..

It's fine to order this version for UK Ledgies, maybe better than the US version because it is in PAL not NTSC so the picture quality should be a little sharper.

It does say "Region 4" on the disc and cover but no doubt this is just for legal purposes I guess.

I have a copy of the TV Broadcast, hence why I have not got the release version earlier, but I need to get the release version for SYHA and I Am Waiting, plus I am a completist

Warner is definitely releasing the Soundstage DVD on April 24 in the UK

It has a slightly different sleeve though...

Jeez. I got this a couple of months ago off of ebay (I'm in the UK). I don't have a clue what region it is, as it doesn't actually say, but playing it is perfect for me. Even on my old machine which isn't multi-region.

So, I went there last week, they told me that the only copy they had (which was a German version, not an import) was already sold the day before I came in. Grrr. As I said earlier, musicstore.nl had a Feb 28 release date, and I ordered one from their site, and I was able to pick it up yesterday, in their store. So, I am looking at it right now. It's no import, it SAYS region 2, and it has a Dutch cover.
