Thats too bad

. I really enjoy this thread. Even though I don't D/L everything, It's always interesting to see DJ's takes on old & new FM/SN songs. I look forward for when we may get some new songs from IYD remixed. It's not just this thread, but in general it seems like post activity has been floundering since the Wiltern Show

And you know how Stevie said she was inspired to write Stand Back after she heard Little Red Corvette and that the chords are similar and the whole Prince playing on it/connection? Well here's the proof: You all MUST download this immediately if you don't have it already:

I have not heard very many mash-ups that I think are good, but this one is awesome! Downloaded and am enjoying this one for sure!

WOW! Haven't worked my way through all of these yet, but am loving the Eo17 Starkillers Seventeen Lightyears Remix, the SB Dima's Night Mix, and especially the Leather & Lace remix; what a revelation! Who would have thought you could make the vocal fit a dance track so well! Quite a nice surprise! Thank you for posting these, GoldDustOrphan!

Please let us know where to find this blog when it's up.. I love these remixes especially adding the fact all my friends (19 - 23 yr olds) get into Dance music so naturally dig em as well

You know what, GoldDustOrphan is right. I always try to thank the people I download stuff from but I'd by lying if I said it every single time. GoldDustOrphan, you always post awesome stuff and we're lucky you do. Thank you so much. And I'm a big fan of remixes and love when you post some rare mix I've never heard before or a fan made mix which can often go right up against some of the pro mixes I've heard. So thank you for posting these. I can only speak for myself but it does mean a lot to me to be able to get these tracks.

Ditto for me...

Remixes are the best. You know after listening to the same version of the same song for 20 years it can get a little old so having a new take on an older song is the best feeling. Plus you get to dance

I wasn't sure I'd enjoy a Leather & Lace dance remix (on pg.4 or this thread) but I was wrong, I love this! And the Long Way To Go Brave Budapest Edit 2010 is pretty cool too. I just love that song in almost any version

Ummm...double-ditto (for lack of the creativity to say all this any better myself!).
