Demo/Live Performance Requests

[MarkMc1990]

Also I take it there are NO known actual demos of "Landslide" in existence? How sad, it's my favorite Stevie/FM song and I would kill to hear alternate versions of it from way back when.

In fact I could have sworn I did hear one before but maybe I'm confusing it with a live performance from that era.

Does anyone have this Reel they could post for me? I do not have it:

16) Stevie Nicks & Jennifer Warnes
I'm really not sure what the scoop on this disc is. Jennifer Warnes is not singing on any of the Stevie tracks, and Stevie is not singing on the one Jennifer Warnes track
1....Leather & Lace - Solo Demo
2....Sisters Of The Moon Intro
3....Sisters Of The Moon - Piano Demo
4....After The Glitter Fades - "Artsy" Demo
5....Kind Of Woman - Piano Demo
6....Goodbye Baby - Piano Demo
7....Jennifer Warnes Demo. I don't really know what the title of this song is. (2:34)

Also, which Reels CD is this on, I'm not sure I have this:

Julia - 6/8/81 "Master Mix Reel #51"
1....Julia - 30 IPS mix with APHEX of complete Take #7, no fade at end, dated 6/8/81

Can someone please post this?

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it!

Here it is; It's one of those I refer to as an un-numbered reel. The file is WAV, but the source is not lossless.

Thanks again, Mathew! I did not have this "After The Glitter Fades" with ALL of the overdubs!!! Very cool!!!

BTW... Or, should I say, FWIW: The Jennifer Warnes demo is of her song "Frankie". I wonder if she sent it to Stevie as a friend or something.

Does anyone have Stevie's songs from this Benefit from 1986?

Former Eagles To Reunite For 'Toxics' Benefit
August 07, 1986
Former Eagles Don Henley and Glenn Frey will be part of the same concert lineup for the first time since the Eagles' final show in 1980 when they perform Aug. 28 at the Long Beach Arena in the "Get Tough on Toxics" benefit concert.

Henley and Frey are scheduled to play separate solo sets and are considering performing together. Former Fleetwood Mac members Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks are expected to team on some songs at the concert, which also will feature Neil Young, Jimmy Buffett, Joni Mitchell. Other acts will be announced.

The anti-corporate-pollution benefit concert Get Tough On Toxics is held in Long Beach, CA, featuring members of the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, and Neil Young.

A concert to raise money to fight toxic waste polluters and limit commercial building drew 11,000 listeners Thursday night at the Long Beach (Calif.) Sports Arena. Headlining the show were Don Henley, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and Stevie Nicks. Surprise guests included Warren Zevon, Mick Fleetwood, Rita Coolidge, comedian Cheech Marin and Ed Begley Jr. of TV's St. Elsewhere. Highlights of the six-hour "Get Tough on Toxics" gig were a 90- minute set by Henley, who also did a duet with Nicks. No word on how much money was raised.

OMG the fact that Stevie did a benefit for "Get Tough on Toxics" in 1986 has got to be the biggest joke I've ever heard. Was she the front woman for the message, "see what happens when you snort too much blow" ? . I'd love some background on this event.
Edit: I just read that it was for toxins in the environment but still, she should not have been representing anything to do with a healthier world in 1986.

Here's Stevie's tracks.

I was searching for BOTH the unedited House Of Blues 1994 radio concert with the original vocals

AND

Lossless copies of the Westwood One version of that concert with the overdubs and all.

I searched for 2 hours this morning and could not find what thread those were both posted in.

Thanks in advance!
