Dancing with the Stars

Back from Dancing with the Stars from last night. The audience was very receptive and definitely would have taken more performances from her. That's always a good thing. Another funny thing is, no one in the studio audience was really watching the dancers - they were watching her - which happens from time to time, but honestly, not often in the several times I've been lucky to go to a DWTS taping.

Stevie was all smiles and cheerful and mingled throughout the crowd greeting and saying hi to people and was chatty with the dancers and the contestants - definitely in good spirits.

It was definitely a good venue for her and good exposure - it's just a shame the show at times doesn't do more to promote the artist and their new material outside of letting them come on stage, sing a song, and come off. Dancing with the Stars is a very "get on, get off" pace.

Many were asked, but "publicly" the "camp" is still very quiet on what's being planned in the next few months when it comes to talking about the new album and new projects.

They should have had a segment on Stevie teaching all of the dancers how to twirl.
