I've always wondered why anyone would want to be a mod and have to handle board clean-up, but it suddenly became intriguing. I may have to hang out here for 15 years and somehow worm myself onto everyone's good side

Can mods also see the un-edited versions of edited posts?

I don't think so. Once it's edited, it's edited. I am very nosy by nature (look at my IRL job!) so being able to view deleted posts has always been kind of fun for me.

I'm the same way. My mother called me "Ears" as a child because I would perk right up just as the adult voices became hushed; now I'm interning at a gossip rag. I will forever be curious about deleted posts--not a great quality, but there we are

So I guess the take-away from it all is edit your post to say something like "BAHAHAHAHAH! NOW YOU MODS CAN'T READ THIS!" and then delete it

Just found out that a guy I was "talking to" has a wife, girlfriend AND multiple "mistresses" and he's only 23. This makes me want to be single forever.

(or date older men forever since the younger ones always suck)

Older guys can be just as shady. A couple of years back, my lifelong best friend told me it had surfaced that her Dad had been cheating on her Mother for a decade. It was the most shocking thing imaginable. This man was a Catholic Deacon who was constantly involved in the community. He was a successful and very family oriented businessman. He lived 2 doors down from me for most of my childhood. It turns out not only was he cheating on his drop dead gorgeous wife (who was also wholly dedicated to him, and very intelligent and hugely involved in the community herself), he was living a double life. He provided his mistress with her own apartment, he had separate bank accounts to pay for their life together, etc. Apparently his weekly overnight "business trips" were actually spent with his out of town mistress. This isn't just some dumb, horny, young guy either... he's in his mid 50s. Young men who are dogs turn into older men who are dogs.

My Stepfather's Dad did the same thing. He left his wife when they were in their 50s to shack up with some sleazy waitress for a few years. I have no idea why his wife took him back. Once a sleazeball always a sleazeball.

Yes, I know that older men can be just as sleazy, if not even sleazier... there are countless examples of that. I mean, the guy who completely ****ed me over a few months ago was 38. I'm just justifying

I called in work sick today because I've got myself over worked and majorly stressed out over my exams. So much so that my hair started to fall out, I can't sleep and I have a constant headache. I'd not had a day off for maybe 3 weeks or so. So my mum took me shopping to help me relax and I got a Doctor Who calendar on clearance and a mini lego X-Wing fighter
