I am so sorry to all of you that were going to Webster Hall. So very sorry. I traveled all the way to NC for the Behind the Mask tour from MD to see them only to find out the very same day the show was canceled. I've been thru it too.

Yeah I recently had bi-lateral pneumonia and had to spend 5 days in the hospital. Even when your in your thirties it sucks. Hopefully she has a more mild case, I cant imagine trying to sing with this condition God speed on the recovery

I'm so incredibly sad, and I feel like I have the least right to be. I've spent about thirty dollars on this show, but I know friends for whom the number is near five hundred.

Oh noes. This blows for all of you going. I hope those that are en route already to NYC can still make something good of your trip. Hope all gets rescheduled anyway.

On another note, I had a sneaky feeling it was going to be taped. I think Dave wants to include live stage performances for his film. The Grand Ball Room would be good compliment to his already filmed studio shots. Just guessing though.

I think we all have a right to be. I'm so sorry she's ill and I hope this can be rescheduled. I expect there will be an announcement of how to obtain refunds soon.

Poor Danielleaaarisen... she just text messaged me she'd gotten to La Guardia, and I had to tell her the bad news. She scraped together all of her pennies and flew all the way from Seattle just to go to the Webster Hall show!

Anyone else remember the SAME THING happening with Stevie around the release of TISL? She had to cancel many shows because of bronchitis, I believe it was.

Reread the article... her doctor told her to stay in bed and not fly... seeing how she lives in LA and the Today show etc is in NYC, those are off the table too.

i feel so bad for Danielleaaarisen. she seemed just so excited to be able to go to this show. how awful for her and for you all of you that bought tickets. i remember stevie being sick when she was touring for TISL. i found 2 - 4th row center tickets for the show in virginia one night on tm and figured since we would be in the area on vacation that we would go to the show. i remember coming back from the beach and my brother in-law said he heard on the radio that the show was canceled because stevie was sick. my heart sank and i was just sooo upset! thank goodness she got better and i was able to catch her in columbus later on in the tour but i wont ever forget that feeling.
