Thumbs up Welcome our newest moderator, mylittledemon!
For those who haven't noticed the announcement yet, Brandon (aka mylittledemon) has joined the Ledge moderating team, and will be helping out with the Chit Chat and Stevie boards. I want to congratulate and thank Brandon for helping the Ledge out during this very busy time! Brandon is one of our longest running members, and is well known by everyone. I think he will make a great addition to the Ledge moderating team (jannieC, michelej1, louielouie2000, & mylittledemon). Don't ever hesitate to ask any of us for assistance, or to bring grievances to our attention. We take all inquiries very seriously, and always discuss them as a team.

The best way to get a neighbor to "keep it down" is call the police... but here's the thing... have them come to your house first and pretend like its YOU that's making the noise, then you can direct them to your neighbors. After the police leave you can say "Man, I guess somebody complained... they thought it was me" to your neighbor and they won't think it was you that ratted em out.

Having Brandon as a Mod is such a good choice!!! This must be part of the 'trilogy of 3songs' Stevie was referring to, but in VivFox's version of the 3 hotties, Jannie, Louie and Brandon.
