They always go with something as safe and nondescript as they can. Every Day was a nice little song, but not the best or most interesting track on TISL. It really doesn't surprise me.

I thought she was blind AND deaf? And that's why her learning to speak and whatnot was such a huge accomplishment?

Am I the only one who was slightly disappointed? I liked the video, but the only song I liked was the one 1:12 which I think people are saying is Wild Sargasso Sea, the other slower songs just were catching me. Hopefully i'll enjoy them when I hear the album.

You are correct. I did not know she was deaf.

No, you're not the only one...

To me Secret Love lacks the "Stevieness", and all this time I was afraid that the rest of the album may sound like that, or even worse. Now I know that this is going to be a PERFECT ALBUM, and I just can't wait anymore.
Same here...didn't want to get too psyched up for the album only to be let down. But, seeing and hearing this reel has me excited. It's all good.

I am sooo disappointed you gave in lol! I was going to do the same thing but I have absolutely no patience.

I have no issues with anything. Not wild about Annabel Lee but no big deal. Like someone posted earlier, this isn't meant to be some huge Oscar nominated film so let's try to just appreciate we got something from this whole project. Looks very cool to me. Love what I saw so far and really was very pleasantly surprised. The songs sound very strong and I am a sucker for the last 2. When IS came on I felt like I was going to well up lol. I didn't...but maybe I will when i hear the whole thing.

I literally cried at the end with the Italian Summer part. I ADORE this. It is absolutely perfect. I'm too stunned in the very best way to even say anything more. Barely any one can do that to me but this woman (along with Dave Stewart) can. Holy f***

I am so glad to be alive to be able to experience and enjoy this. Thank you, Stevie

Stevie's not of this latest crop of stars, but instead of an older, more artistic, and genteel SHOW BUSINESS era (vs most stars these days who are of the reality era). I liked that! The whole thing is just utterly surreal and atmospheric. BIG kudos to Dave!

Now to the music. I liked the more rocking songs, in essence: the first and third songs. Anybody else notice the first song has a beat kinda like Planets? I'm surprised at what they were able to do with Annabel Lee... they kinda made it into a country rocker. And it works! I'm guessing that's Italian Summer at the end. Me no likey.
Figured you would. I don't think is spoils anything; just a great preview. Hey, Louie, do you think she'll be coming to the Erwin Center? I don't know if you have noticed, but there are a lot of music artists performing there. It's been many years, but rock or pop concerts are back at the Erwin Center. It's a perfect size venue for Stevie. She used to perform there during the 80's. The last time was the Other Side of the Mirror tour. Fingers are crossed.

I caught that too! I was like "wait, is Dave wearing Stevie's clothes?"

Wow. Her collaboration with Dave has been a godsend.

From the snippets, I like the first song best. I'm still not into Annabell Lee, but it seemed okay.

They all looked like one generation to me. And all white!

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.
