Live material in the vaults?

Is there any reason why more live material of the RUMOURS era Mac has not been released? Are there any recorded concerts we know of in the vaults from the MIRAGE tour, for instance?

Moreover, has anyone heard of plans for a live DVD or CD from this tour?

I have not heard plans for a live DVD, but I have heard plans for a DVD of the making of SYW.
