I'd have to say the Bella Donna era...the White Winged Dove concert. Her features were nothing short of perfection...and she just rocked!
I didn't care for the brown upswept hair of the Tusk tour, and the mid to late '80s "big hair" I could pass on as well. Despite all of that, Stevie could be wearing a trash bag and a buzz cut and still be captivating!
