contact your credit card company. You will probably have to submit a statement saying why you feel that you were defrauded. I also attached a copy of my complaint to the FBIs Internet Fraud Division to support the fraud.

I just did it right over the phone. I told them there was an ongoing investigation, I didn't use the club to get tickets, and that I received nothing for my 60 bucks.

Mastercard reversed it promptly.

It seems that I might be the only one who heard back from the fan club directly(not JT, though) and was told I'd get a refund. I've asked others to post if the fan club responded to their complaints and offered refunds but I don't think anyone else has said anything.

If you didn't complain certainly you have no recourse. I suspect my immediate frontal assault got attention. I wrote letters to the club, management, BBB, CAG, etc., showing documented proof of my case including how I was dissed and flamed for asking too many questions about how the fan club was being run, and how I was banned from the website for being vocal about what happened in the first ticket sale. That probably got somebody to place a call and say "shut her up!"

I only took that path to bring attention to what happened. It was really a moot point in my case. I had complained to my credit card company the day after the first pre-sale. They were more than happy to reverse my charges. I never bought tickets. They also reversed my charges for the cd. I told them about the false advertising for the Limited Ed cd and the "IT DOES NOT EXIST" mantra. Whatever is going on over there now is of no interest to me, but I do feel people should know about what happened. Otherwise, it will just keep on happening to more people. JMHO.

I agree... people should know the truth. And as anything they don't like gets wiped over on the other board it has to be aired here
