I wish we could bar hop together!!! I wasn't planning on coming this week, but found out Thursday night at work, that I wasn't needed until next Saturday.....so that's why I SAVE money, so when sh*t like this happens, I can afford to hit the road!

If anybody's not been to Nashville, downtown is just fantastic, if you like live music. I've never counted, but there are probably 30-40 clubs, in about a 5 block walk. All with bands playing, and no cover charges(except for the Wildhorse Saloon, and it's too touristy for me anyway). Flask of whiskey in my coat pocket, a PBR in my hand, and a killer band playing, and I'm.in.heaven.

I don't have an abrasive personality. You do, and you think this is some sort of pissing contest, where you might get Ledgies to get your back, against me. That is known as TROLLing. Keep trying, and maybe you can earn another suspension from here. I love my fellow man, and my fellow Ledgies, regardless of your misconceptions of me. You don't know jack sh*t about me. Yet. You go around shutting down Stevie fans every which way. You say you have nothing against Stevie, but want to smack all of us 'Chiffonheads,' which I really don't understand because it is definitely not a crime to love Stevie. She means a lot to us, & if you don't like that, float. Really, leave us alone. Thank you. I've never tried to get Ledgies against you. You do that all on your own with your stunning way of abusing people, especially fans of Stevie Nicks. I know plenty about you Dave because you talk about yourself all the time. The four people you mentioned are members you are actually nice and respectful to on a regular basis. You have never been nice or respectful to me, EVER.

Maybe I missed the beginning of the show, but I don't understand where all your vitriole towards Homie comes from. I've never known Homie to be abusive to others. He's been around quite a bit longer than you and anyone who knows a little bit about him knows that he likes to rip on Stevie. I'm a huge Stevie fan but I can rip on her with the best of them. It's part of having a sense of humor.

The issue of cliques used to be such a huge deal around here. But most of those people, who made this place fun, are no longer around. Now there are new cliques - it's natural, you get a group of people together who talk regularly and friendships and alliances are bound to develop.

So, for whatever any of that was worth. I really don't want to get caught up in your drama. I just felt the need to point out that it seems you have been pretty confrontational on here on quite a few occasions.

I don't drink. But I've jealous that he's in a place I love and having a great time, no matter how he defines great.

I do like live music! I visited Grand Ol' Opry when I went to Nashville years back and had a fantastic time. Listening to music with so many other people enjoying it too is just about as much fun as is possible to be had Downtown Nashville is where our Hotel was placed and believe me, I was glad of it. So much life to it.

It is ALIVE! Nashville is my favorite place on Earth. I might go to the Opry this week. I like it much better at the Ryman Auditorium. And they move it there, every winter, usually from Thanksgiving weekend, until March 1st.

I can see exactly why it would be your favourite place. I took a great liking to it the day I stepped foot in it. I just wish I could have stayed longer. But it was the last leg of the full Elvis tour (I paid for me and my Dad to go for a birthday gift. We started off in Memphis (pretty dead compared to Nashville), went through Mississippi, Tupelo, Alabama for some reason, Chatanooga and then finally Nashville. I was begging my Dad to take me to Clarkseville just so I could get my picture taken at the train station (Yep. Monkees fan) but there was nothing doing. Oh well. Still got to do everything I wanted to do and bought the most marvellous singing Teddy dressed like Elvis in his Jailhouse Rock getup. It sings Devil In Disguise. I luffs it

Yeah, my friend and I went to Memphis once. And once was enough. It was okay, but I feel that Nashville just blows it off the map. Memphis felt ghetto-y. 2PM in the afternoon, and you had to play hopscotch, just to jump over the bums passed out on the sidewalks. I did enjoy Graceland, though, and Sun Studios. I'll probably make it back there, someday.....
