1-If Fleetwood Mac decides to soldier on without Stevie and you decide to continue with the band, is there a female singer that you would suggest to join?

2-Do you regret doing "Crystal" on the Fleetwood Mac "white" album? What song would you have put on in it's place if John hadn't pushed for that song?

3-You have stated "the big machine" allows you to do what you want in your solo work. If you drop the big machine, what would you be doing instead?

4-You self taught yourself guitar and other stringed instruments. How much time did you dedicate to playing the banjo? What do you enjoy playing on the banjo?

5-How hard is it for you to try to shake up the set list when Fleetwood Mac goes on tour? What songs hasn't this band performed lately that you would like to pull out?

Was there something said at one time about an issue with that song being on the album? IMO it's so much better than the Buckingham/Nicks version. His voice is softer and has more feeling. Christine's addition of the Fender Rhodes is amazing and the long outro instrumental as it fades out is perfection. Just wondering if there is some info behind that song that inspired you to ask the question is all.

Stevie just said that she had loads of new stuff and the last thing she wanted to do was recycle a song. But John really like it and wanted it on the album.

Thanks for the info, but I'm sure glad John pushed for it. Turned out twice as good IMO.

It's been 15 years since these Ledgies posted their questionnaires. I wonder if they'd ask different things today.

A little late, but here I go.

1. What is your favorite Fleetwood Mac Christine song?
2. Would you collaborate on the screenplay for a movie or miniseries about Fleetwood Mac?
3. Your favorite John bassline?
4. How was the decision to have you sing Crystal instead of Stevie?
5. Does it make you laugh when you hear that a particular song of yours is about Stevie and it's not at all?

My questions would likely all be related to his songs. Some questions have multiple components.

1) "I Know I'm Not Wrong" went through several iterations in the studio. What about that song in particular required this amount of attention? Is there a reason why the original vinyl mix was replaced with a different mix with more overdubs for different editions of the album? Which mix do you view as the definitive version?

2) From the White Album to Mirage, your songs were often passed over as singles and favor of compositions from Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks. Which songs of yours do wish were more successful?

3) Beginning with Mirage through Out of the Cradle, Richard Dashut was credited as credited as a co-writer on several of your songs. How did he contribute to songs like "Empire State", "Family Man" and "Street of Dreams"?

4) From the Tango in the Night recording sessions, You and I Part II appeared as the final track of the album whereas Part I could only be found on the B-side of "Big Love". At one point, both songs were combined. What was the rationale to split the songs and why was Part I omitted from the album?

5) Of your five songs from Mirage, only "Eyes of the World" has been performed live (barring a lip-synched rendition of "Oh Diane" from Top of the Pops). Is there a reason why your other four compositions from this album have been overlooked? Are you willing to perform any of them for future tours? Is there a reason why you dedicated a song on the album to the State of New York?

It is interesting that between Mirage and Law And Order, Eyes Of The World and Trouble have been featured in multiple live performances. Lindsey did Bwana on SNL in 1982 and that one time on tour in 2006 but that's it.
