Default Strangest things fans have given Stevie

What's the strangest thing you've seen a fan give Stevie or throw up on the stage at her?

I haven't been to any concerts myself, but I've seen various filmed shows, and here are a few funny things I've come across:

Themselves. Enthusiastic fans jump the stage, hug Stevie while she's in the middle of a song, and then get dragged off by security. Just how much does this happen?

Elaine. Someone seriously gave Stevie their kid during a show in Landover.

Underwear? In an older post, I read a Ledgie commenting that they saw what might have been a t-shirt, but looked like tighty whiteys (hopefully clean) thrown up at Stevie. Do you think she's gotten any bras from swooning ladies?

I vaguely remember a story about a fan throwing a bracelet up on stage, which later turned out to be extremely valuable.

Also, a fan jumped onstage in Dublin in 2009 and possibly 2003 too.

I once heard a story of, when she was with the Mac, that someone threw 30 stuffed penguins onto the stage.

i have given stevie flowers, a penguin & a pale pink shawl that she wore during one song on the 'rockalittle' tour~ i about died~

i remember a bracelet story too, but where a fan noticed that stevie bracelet was about to fall off & was able to point that out to stevie~ a grateful stevie proceeded to take off the bracelet & give it to the fan~ another fan snatched the bracelet & went to run off w/ it~ stevie saw it & stopped the song & told the stealer to return the bracelet to the fan she gave it to~

i always loved that story~

I think they threw those at John for his birthday...could be wrong about that.

That second vid is hysterical. The guy jumps up on stage, touches Lindsey, then Stevie, then Lindsey again...it's like he's trying to see if they're real. LOL. He doesn't know what else to do. Notice when security drags him off stage, he puts both arms out in exasperation as if to say, "but I had to..." Too funny!

I remember on Stevie's TISL tour in 2001, someone gave her a mechanical Groundhog, just like the one from "Caddyshack". She had mentioned on Letterman a few months earlier that it was one of the few movies that could cheer her up. So a fan made one. She took it from him, held it up to show the audience and had a HUGE smile on her face. I bet it's one of her favorite gifts.

I love that story too! Though it's less about her getting weird stuff and more about her being awesome.

On the TISL tour stop in Denver, some guy jumped up on the stage and Don Boyette did a brilliant body check on the guy. Mama just kept on singing. Also it was so hot during that show that the power blew out for a little bit.

Not cool

(She says, like she'd ever let go of Lindsey if she got to grab at him )

It doesn't look like the guy purposely pulls Lindsey over, though. He touches Lindsey just as the security guard yanks him back.

I love how they react! None of them miss a beat. Lindsey and Stevie just sort of glance at him, and John and Mick don't seem to notice anything at all.

I'm sure it's happened a lot. Stevie was so calm in Dublin when a fan jumped onstage and approached her. She just carried on with a little shrug and a smile.

I bet they're used to it at this stage. Most fans who get onstage are pretty harmless and just stand there looking a bit lost ("Right, I'm on the stage ... now what?" ) And their security people seem to move in really fast -- in Dublin, the girl who jumped up didn't get within a foot of Stevie.
