Copyright protection to Stevie references?

Just wondering if any of you guys know.. do names of Stevie's albums and/or certain song lyrics have a copyright cover on them?

I'm about to start an online store of vintage and refashioned clothing which has nothing to do with Stevie Nicks or Fleetwood Mac, but I want to give the store an interesting name, something with a Stevie or FM reference in it.

e.g Crystal Visions Vintage

or something to this effect anyway.

Yeah so, my point is, are there copyright laws that would prevent me from doing this? Thanks.

Titles can't be copyrighted, is my understanding.

I'm no patent attorney, but I believe this is okay as long as you are not somehow using Stevie's name (first AND last) or image to brand your store. This may explain why this has been allowed to happen:

...I think there is a threshold beyond which you enter plagiarism territory. For example, you could call something "The Gate and Garden Restaurant" without any problem. But the "Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You" book store may be verging on copyright infringement. The rule of thumb seems to be >3 consecutive words, I think... It's a very gray, contextual area...

Can someone explain to me why Stevie couldn't use Beauty and the Beast for her Soundstage DVD? I have never understood that.

Another name I was considering was "Lace and Paper Flowers Vintage".
Maybe when I have all my options I'll post them on here and take a vote, ha ha.

I would recommend to stay away with names that is related to her works "music" and her full name,I dont want to meet her the hard way in front of her attorneys and a judge,I would find out from her managment and see what they say,also find out if somebody else online using the same name,if they have a trademark on that same name you might have to tweak the name a little in order to get it.
I'm not an attorney,but I know people that had to go through this in order to get a name without getting in trouble.I would love to open up a Stevie/FM collectable store,In Town but I wont be worrying about a store name,I will be worrying about the store traffic being probably around 2 costomers a week.Good luck with the venture.
