You know what's weird, I can follow the link, but then when I click on 'listen to the album,' nothing happens. I'm guessing that it's because I don't have AOL. Is that probably why?

Same with me. It's not like I have dial-up either. I think it's definately is b/c we don't have AOL. I looked at the address and it's an AOL address.

My partner just suggested something to me. I have AOL for broadband, using Time Warner cable RoadRunner.

I wonder if they are letting the stream populate first to AOL Time Warner customers? Is that even possible?

Yeah Dave that's the arrangement. I understand the album will be streamable from fm.com sometime soon - either tomorrow or the 15th???

It is on fm.com on the 15th according to the Warner Bros. email.

Joe -- no I mean even for the folks who are using AOL dialup but not getting the stream. I wonder if it is possible that the stream is first populating through AOL Time Warner broadband servers (and I'm using Time Warner RoadRunner cable to get broadband) -- hence some folks still not getting it even when AOL customers.

Oh ok - Geez, if I feel a bit agro about not being able to hear it when I don't even have AOL, you guys who aren't on their precious broadband must be a whole lot less impressed!
