Yes, I can't believe it! It's not in the shops but I ordered it from Play.com about a week ago and they sent me an email today to let me know it's been despatched.

I doubt it's a mistake as I've ordered from them scores of times before and despatched has always meant it'll be with me in a few days. The website also says that it's available now and this has always been accurate in the past unlike some other websites which say they have stock but don't.

I can hardly believe this - I might even get it before some of you guys in the US

So I strongly recommend folks in the UK to order from Play if you want it well before the 28th. Unless this is a big mistake in which I will be crying by Friday

Ali... it's not a mistake... it says on their website that the CD is now in stock and dispatched within 24 hours. I ordered my copy today, but I'm wishing I ordered it a lot earlier.

Well what do they mean by disbatched? Are they starting to send them out now? You'll prolly get it by the 15th anyway.

BlueGrass, no, it's not in stores. play.com often get stuff earlier because the CDs they sell are all imports.

I haven't seen it in stores yet, and it's not due out here in the UK until the 28th if memory serves me correctly. That's why I ordered it from Play as they were selling the "international" version which I believe they ship direct from the US into the UK.

Which could mean that it's gone to stores in the US ready for despatch ? So some of you guys who've ordered online might be getting it soon if your supplier decides to ignore the release date (which Play have apparently done).

I got the same e-mail from Play as well. So we may have it by the weekend, I hope so!
