I've never found it annoying but rather endearing. Not only is her repetitiveness mysterious like you said but it has defined her image and created the "character" that is Stevie Nicks. I believe the themes that constantly re-appear in her lyrics are part of a continuous story of characters in a world that she has created.

I couldn't have said it better, I love dwelling on why there are similar lyrics in Angel and Sweet Girl or Illume and Destiny Rules. And you're remix of "Well, Well" has become Crystal Visions Part 2

How could I forget this one - "hit it". She loves hit it. I think she says hit at least 20 times on RAL. And hit what? The stage? You? Lindsey? Nowadays when artists sing/rap "hit it" it takes on a whole new meaning. .
