Yes, they saw Lee Lee and Stevie going up in that lift that takes Stevie to the stage together.

As for Will, I don't think he's that quiet. I've only seen him a couple of times, but both times he was with other boys and he was orchestrating things. One time he was telling boys to come back stage with him and they followed and Kristen was still running around getting their mothers' permission, making sure it was alright for them to leave, while Will was already heading backstage with his gang. Same thing in Anaheim, he was having a good time with his friends (as was LeeLee who had a smaller group of girls with her) and not at all quiet or shy.

Also, we saw in that video that he likes to be bossy, telliing LeeLee he was in charge of the studio, since he's the dad. LeeLee didn't quite fall for it though.
