For the rest of the tour, Stevie wasn't even on that side of the stage at that point. She was over there with John and Chris when he usually grabbed her. He would touch all 3, one after another, in the same vicinity, as a matter of course.

I have to assume that that night she was over there, as far away from him as possible, specifically to avoid him. He was not deterred.

Silver Springs and then GYOW didn't come until 4 songs later.
