You are too intelligent to use this phrase. It sounds good to us but they'll think you are stoned. Plus to them a web will define you as a spider.

I'm having major issues. I think I have one that makes a LOT of sense but only to people who know me well.... and its more humorous. I donno. I give up.

I gotta agree with this; I'd suggest using something that will pretty much make sense to everyone;

Boy, am I glad that I knew well enough even at the time not to give a whit of importance or significance to what happened in high school.

I don't even know if we had "Senior Quotes" in our yearbook- I certainly didn't/don't care. For those of you who didn't, you've got to admit you really didn't miss much, be honest

^^
Yeah, mine was "I came, I saw, I left."

I wouldn't use a Stevie quote. Do something original if it's that important to you.

I agree. It's not really your quote if you use words someone else is famous for. It's even less memorable if you use a quote from someone else that you had to get from a suggestion. Unless by "senior quote" they meant quotes by seniors, and then using one from Stevie would be fine

"I came, I saw, I left" is a good one!

I feel like quoting oneself is really pretentious though... especially since I'm a "creative witer" so I would naturally go way overboard anyway.

:/

I've never heard of a senior quote. What does one do with a senior quote?
