Early Presales?

I'm trying to get some information together for my dispute of the credit card charges for the fan club (scam club?), and I thought it would be useful if people could post about which shows they know had presales that started earlier than 9AM Pacific time. I'm interested in knowing about the Nassau Coliseum show, but I thought it would be a good resource for anyone who might need to dispute the charges.
