Something I just read concerning Lady GaGa that I found fairly relevant.

Two years from now, you'll hear it at the supermarket. Five years from now, you'll hear it on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. Ten years from now, you'll hear it in an elevator.

you could say the same thing about many fleetwood mac/stevie/lindsey singles.

i swear i hear lindsey every time i walk in the 99 cent store.

not that i'm defending lady gaga.
