Just wanted to add to the thread. Fantastic show! I was right in front of Lindsey's mic behind the girls with the flowers for Stevie. During World Turning when Mick called for Brett to do the vocal loops he hit a key and nothing happened. He signaled for mick to keep going (moving his arm in a circular fashion). He did this about three times and continually looked behind him to see what was going on. Finally Lindsey hopped and started jamming with Mick (and from where I was you could see he looked a little concerned/puzzled). Finally the band came out and finished the song. When John came out he signaled to Lindsey with scissor hands so I think somehow the chord on the ?korg? piano got cut somewhere. Anywho made for one of the better world turning's in quite some time.

Wow. I thought that was a choice on the band's part, not an equipment malfunction. You're right that it made for a better World Turning. I did see Mick talking to Brett. He was chanting something like, "Can you keep up?" but I thought he was just referring to the piano playing and not the vocals that Brett controls. Michele

I'm just lucky they didn't move it in time to block my shot completely, which is what usually happens. I'm looking at the stage and see a nice photo when I click and then when I look at the camera to see what I actually got, it's rubbish.

Michele
Yep on the when I click..... part!!! LOL!! Or else you are trying to hurry and take a pic and your camera is taking a year to record the last pic or the flash is recharging!!! And I swear Stevie has camera radar--I usually get her with her eyes closed just about every time!! Your pics are fabulous though--you did good!! Love the red dress ones!

All I can say about this concert is that it was totally mindblowing. It was my first Fleetwood Mac concert and I was lucky enough to stand directly in front of the stage all night. Even though I loved all of the songs the highlights for me were Say You Love Me, Oh Well and Gold Dust Woman. I got to touch Lindsey's guitar and his leg!

It was great chatting to some nice fans and meeting our very own "Phoenix", I had so much fun.

It's really great how the effect of the motion makes the color come out and red just stream through all of the photos. It gives the shots a carnivale feeling. Michele

Boy did I know that feeling! I'd finally snap the shot, right at the time someone would stand up in front of me for a standing ovation! So all you would see is this woman's big blonde hair.. and NOT Stevie's..

To me, she seems to be enjoying it now, not trudging through or wading a sea of bad memories. These last two nights, especially with the "I would go anywhere, anywhere, because I care . . ." It seems like a love song, rather than a lost love song the way they've been doing it. She not only seems to be singing it with energy and spirit, but commitment.

Wow, I'm impressed and honored you thought of me! I posted that a good little while back too! And just when I thought nobody cared to hear my two cents!

I'm so glad to hear everyone had such a great concert experience, and that the band seemed to be enjoying themselves for the show! I've been kinda worried with the reports I've been reading from this tour, but these pictures in this thread alone make all that melt away!

Thumbs up

Thanks for posting all the pictures. They are all very nice. I'm glad to see that Lindsey & Stevie are interacting a little more. Seems like now they are not so uptight, more relaxed.
