I will say that it is disappointing to hear that she looked or seemed tired the other night. But the vocals were amazing in a half which makes me wonder- because if she was really tired, she wouldn't have been able to belt those vocals!
She gets like that sometimes. I saw her that way once the last time the Mac was touring at the Bakersfield show. I didn't know if it was menopausal symptoms she was going through, or having to be in Bakersfield, or both! She just seemed pissed and didn't want to be there. Lucky for me though, that wasn't the only show I saw that tour, I had 4 others to make up for it.

But you know what gets me mad is that we are paying $150 + for tickets to help pad their pocketbooks! She should give a damn.

Well, not to give her an excuse, and I'm not near menopause (yet), but I know menopause can be a real bitch, worse than your worst periods! Look, don't get me started on how easy you males have it......

So, I do think Stevie "gives a damn", but she's only human.

She can't still be going through menopause? I mean how long does it take?

I'm sure she's over the worst of that. It is a long process, though. I think Stevie must have some minor health issues that sometimes affect her performances. Almost everyone I know at her age is either on chlosterol, arthritis or high blood pressure medicine and from what I understand, all of the medicine makes you feel like crap... so... let's cut her some slack. She can still sing!

Absolutely- and it's not that she was stagnant. It was just kind of hypothetical.

Understood. I just get sad for her when I read all these "she's not energetic enough", etc. comments. I think she's doing the best she can.

Menopause can last 3-5 years.

And she was in the middle of it during SYW. Which ended a while back.

Menopause is usually over and done with by 60.

Ooooh...don't you look back;-)
