Planning of remastered albums?

Hello!

I'm new to this forum. My name is Christophe and I'm from France.

My question is: Is there any planning of releasing Fleetwood mac albums remastered (rumours and Fleetwood Mac in particular)?

I have no Fleetwood mac album yet, but a friend of mine made me listen to rumours (dvd-a) and I felt in love with this record. But I don't have a dvd player, and I'd like to have it on CD. But I have heard that the sound quality was not as good as on the very best of 2CD recently released (and I really pay much attention to the sound quality). So I think I'll buy the best of, unless rumours is reissued remastered. (caus' I really like Oh Daddy and it isn'nt on the best of). So will it be released soon? (this year?)

Hi and welcome to the ledge.

I had been hounding Rhino Records (who would be the ones to do it) to reissue the FM back catalog but David McLees at Rhino has said there are no plans currently to do this. Hopefully soon there will be though.
