GORGEOUS pictures. Thank you so much for sharing them.
And for the awesome video. Everyday has a special place in my heart and I think Stevie looked absolutely wonderful in every shot of that video.

Right, and the bottom line is, if you're not interested, don't look or buy. I would much rather buy from the source (if I wasn't a social worker and actually had some money-lol) than someone else who got the stuff second or third hand. Not to mention, maybe if we're all NICE, Dean will share some stories of his experience working with Stevie.

I wasn't the first person in this thread to question Dean's motives, and I'm sure I won't be the last. By their own acknowledgment, the Ledge Moderators received enough queries in order to go on record with a position & clarify their long-standing policy stance prohibiting commercial solicitation. While that decision clears the way for Dean to discuss the video with us and promote a full line of "Every Day" collectibles (which I can't say I entirely disagree with, as a large portion of this community is clearly interested), there are apparently more than just a few of us who are wary of our community becoming a marketplace.

Maybe its just me, but there's a clear difference between someone like, oh, Bob Welch (a valued member of the Ledge) joining in on discussions and promoting his latest CD or concert, and the director of a music video who signs up for different fan communities- the relevance of the DMB link- just when he's about to release some new "rarities" for sale (going back to the Ledge Moderators position- are they truly "unique items" when they can be duplicated/produced ad infinitum?) We're not talking about one-of-a-kind exceptions here). Speaking of that, is Dean even legally authorized to do so? (that's an honest question- I have no idea whether the director of a music video automatically assumes all potential ancillary rights for video related merchandise or not).

understandable, and certainly expressing your position as you now have is appreciated...obviously, I found your "i'm sure" w/link to be quite disparaging when I, personally, am interested in Dean's posts. I am also interested in his directorial experiences with the various artists he has worked with...not just Stevie.

Just my two cents...

Everytime I read a post by Luke, it is negative , pissy, and really, can you just ease up on the negativity. You are entitled to your opinion, but that dosent make it fact. Lighten up.

Now, really... "every time"? You must not have been reading this particular board recently, then.

If you read my post, you would see that I acknowledged the appeal & interest of this thread, despite the fact that I happen to disagree with its intentions. I'm trying to be as objective as possible.

I love the imagery contained within the "Everday" clip but can't get past the peach dress, which actually spoils the entire clip for me. I also dislike the white gown and her hair up in the bun, which in my opinion, is completely unflattering to Stevie. I wonder if there is any chance of re-editing the clip to remove the peach and white dress sequences? Just stick to the black and you can't go wrong...

To read these post, it seems many agree with you.
Not me though, I thought she looked great in the
peach dress. I like the video too.

Dean, love all these rarities you're posting. Bought one of your photo-album collections a while back, love it. Thanks.

Dean, can you put together a book of color photos of Stevie Nicks onstage at the Forum on October 2, 1983, & throw in a CD of the concert?
