There are recordings from the Say You Will tour that are not great when it comes to her voice on Silver Springs, but I have some that are just fine and really good, and I've seen her enough on the last couple of tours - that I believe she can do it well, along with a lot of other songs.

Finally, rehearsal is always helpful for any vocalist. Vocalists, even of her age, improve all the time.

Carrie has some musical training. It kind of IS a fact that Stevie can't hit certain notes anymore. She's not just pulling info out of her ass.
