hey -- thanks. i was drawing on inspiration from the early FM albums for that one. It felt very early-early 70s... and i really liked the quiet and lonely vibe of it... which was completely accidental

Derek- That red one is absolutely AMAZING and especially seeing as it'll probably be Autumn when they get here, I'd definitely DEFINITELY buy that shirt!

First I would like to say, there are some freaking nice looking t-shirt designs!! Now I have looked everywere for the Fleetwood Mac logos and Fonts in the highest quality, and I have not found them at all. I know the new Fleetwood Mac font is Arial modifed a little, but does anyone know were I can download the actual font or would not mind sharing some HQs of thier logos please?

Thank you

Valentine

Default The moon shirt

i made one more shirt. Although it uses some of the elements of one my previous designs, this one was mostly inspired by that old moon and trees tour backdrop the band used in 75-77. hope you like!

If it were up to me, you would take the prize. Your designs are far and away the classiest, with a sophistication beyond any merchandise the band has ever had.

I've said it before - I find shirts that primarily feature photos of the band very cheesy. I have a box full of shirts that I've bought at Stevie/Fleetwood Mac shows over many years - just for collecting purposes - I would never think of wearing them. The designs mostly looked slapped together, like an after thought, with no sense of taste or fashion. (Although I've considered wearing my light blue Tusk shirt that simply has a penguin on the front side).

I would wear your t-shirts. In fact, you should immediately be put on retainer with the band (replacing Chris Nicks or whatever hack they usally assign) and design the artwork for everything they release, including their cds, promo collateral etc..

Do you work as a graphic designer? If not, you should!

you have made my day! thank you so much for the kind words. I do in fact work as a graphic deisgner... and oddly enough it was partly Stevie and the Mac that inspired me in that direction way back in 82/83. you know, back when albums, singles and tour merch all had a great sense cohesiveness and fun...and taste. In the early and mid 80s i thought the Mac had the coolest merch (as did Stevie ...only in 83)... sadly ever since then i've always been dissapointed with the merch i find on tour (minus a very cool Tusk-esque tan tshirt they sold during the Dance tour.) But i am right there with you, most of the recent merch isnt very wearable around town. And yet, i go see other bands, and i find their merch VERY fashionable, wearable, affordable, and interesting (like someone put a lot of thought into the designs.)

I would gladly take on the job as merch designer for the band. hell, i'd do it for free! again... you made my day saying that. thanks again!!!
