I need your prayers.

I really need all of your prayers. Today was a horrible day for me. I do believe most of the problems are my fault. I just don't know how to change the way I feel or my situation. I don't even know what to ask you to pray for. I just need help quickly.

Just remember - bad days happen. In fact and though I hate them, they must exist I suppose. So, maybe they exist to make the good days better. And, if you have any control over it, try and change it. I mean you made it through the Katrina craziness. So, I think you can make it though this. Look for the light at the end of the tunnel! On edit - that last sentence sounded like a fortune cookie

In any event and in conclusion to the pep talk - I'll say a little prayer for you and your family.

I screw up and usually because i did the old leap before you look. Then I feel guilt and worry like crazy as to how I am gonna fix, what I just F*ked up.

Here's the deal....time heals all wounds. My screw-up and turmoil becomes nothing in a year from now. It is forgotten and I have learned a lesson.

Don't let your emotions or fear or obsession get the best of you. We are humans, we all make mistakes. Forgive yourself...you're all you've got and you ARE your own best friend

PS I have lit the candle and will meditate and say prayers this evening in the quiet...and hope that it will quiet your restless soul and help you to find peace again.

Use that keen self-awareness to your advantage. You have identified the problem, and even recognized possible external and internal causes. You're ready to strategize, but probably just need a little help from someone that can process your situation without judgement or prejudice.

Just remember to take the time to quiet your mind and breathe in and out deeply and slowly. Deep breathing is a wonderful tool.

Sending positive energy your way...and as Jannie said, please get help for yourself if you need it. Even if you don't feel like talking, somehow having a person there to listen objectively in a safe environment might make you feel like discussing things.

I can't begin to tell each and everyone of you how much your prayers, advice, encouragement, positive thoughts & vibes mean to me. From the bottom of my heart thank you everyone.

Each one of you have given me hope. It's certainly difficult going through this mess I'm in, so I'm very thankful that you all are there for me.
