I did not think there were still people left who think only actors can understand films and only goalgetters can perceive a good game and only novelists know how to interprete a book.

No, but another novelist can certainly add perspective, as could a filmmaker. He could point out the errors you may not have noticed otherwise. I mean, even Casablanca had really bad filmmaking technique in parts, as Bogart is wet in the first part of the rain scene and is bone dry in the next 2 seconds.

A Tusk AND a L&O hater? Wow. I'm so glad Lindsey made this album for me and not for you

Wow, and it kept you bonedry for the rest of your life?

So that's an unfinished movie. Cool. Who cares? It's brilliant! There's a truckload of continuity-failures in Back To The Future. So that's an unfinished movie too. Interesting. Stop consuming art as a surgeon man, you are not hearing what it is about. At all.

Okay, I tell you what, I have a "Great Day" parody going through my head and I'll lay it down in the next few days and post it here and see how you like the same stuff coming from some other guy who isn't Lindsey. I'll bet it'll lose the charm.

I'm not dry. Buy one of my albums and you'll see that's the case.

I don't think you realise that this is the music that we like. I listen to a lot of lo-fi, experimental music, this isn't so far removed from that. You parodying something you don't like is not the same as somebody recording something and keeping the unpolished sound because they like the feel and passion. Sometimes a drawing can be just as good, if not better, than a painting. Just my opinion of course.

Now that is just a plain stupid assumption without basis in any fact. How do you know Lindsey's financial situation? Having been coming here since the 90's I am happy to have new and younger posters. Especially ones like you offer consistently challenging and engaging posts. However, just throwing things up like Lindsey has run out of money, unfortunately shows your youth. Unless you double as an accountant/emerging recording artist, I highly doubt you have any valuable insight into Lindsey's financial situation.

Stick to the music, man.

he can't. he's looking for failures in music, not letting it in for joy. and he's pissed that such a crappy artist made it and he didn't.

LOL! Funny you should say this.. That's exactly what I am!!! I have a Bachelor's in accounting and I released an album a few months ago. I've also done a lot of post graduate work and am 5 classes shy of an MBA. I've been an accountant for 10 years, since I was 16.

No, I just wanted OOTC part II and didn't get it. You are making a wild assumption. I like GOS, I just don't get the amateur thing. I think the songs are great, it's the production style I don't care for much. I can live with it, but you're being a jerk about it. Why can't I think it's an okay album and not the greatest thing ever written? You've decided a bunch of stuff and are having wild emotional outbursts because I dared to say something negative. Overall, I like the album. I don't love it. Keep on foaming at the mouth, why dontcha?! LOL!

By all means, share my stuff on limewire. I did the album to spread it around, not for the money per se. I do just fine with my day job.

That's all nice and everything but it doesn't mean you know what's going on with Lindsey's accounts to be fair.

True! But you have to admit it paints a clear picture.

I disagree, I just think some of his choices are in poor taste... He's got money...
