There is no doubt that there are conflicting reports of the year, it is either posted as 1942 or 1947. Just do a search on 'mick fleetwood birthdate.'

However, NNDB is one of the most reliable resources for data on people. His late younger sister, Susan Fleetwood, was born in 1944.

Doesn't his book also mention being born in 1942? I don't have the book handy as it is packed away in storage.

On Edit: I really don't know. Anyone got Mick's number? Course, celebs tend to fib in the latter years.
On Edit 2: Plus wouldn't that make Christine the oldest? She was born in '43?

I thought both Susan and Sally were his older sisters but I'd need to check his book for that and for what he says his year of birth was. I'm at work at the moment so I'd better get on with some work before anyone notices

Yes, you see both the 1942 and 1947 dates listed. In fact, Lindsey even teased Mick about that on his birthday during the SYW tour when they were onstage. He told Mick that there were reports that he was 5 years older, but I didn't think about Mick's sisters. I didn't think about whether they were older or younger than him. That's a good idea.

This question comes up at least once a year, but then one time when we were hashing it out someone pointed out that there was an Ebay listing with Mick's actual birth certificate which said 1947. So, I don't know. But we all know not everything on Ebay is authentic.
