Would you like "Come" to be on the new album?

Going on from the other "Come" thread, I was wondering how many of us would like to see this song on the new album.

If there were 20 songs, and 19 of them had to be Stevie songs and only 1 could be an LB song, I would want it to be "Come", for so many reasons - one of the biggest reasons being the thought of seeing it done live!!! I think I've made my point.

"think of me, sweet darlin', ever time, you don't......come." OH YEAH!! I love this song...this and Red Rover are my faves...RR barely edging out Come as VERY FAVE. I wouldn't DIE if neither were on the new album because I personally have them on CD, to listen to for the rest of my life, BUT, I REALLY want the world to hear these two songs....they are AWESOME...and Lindsey DESERVES to have the world listen to his AWESOME-NESS!!

Well, I voted "I wouldn't mind." That's about as tepid an endorsement as I could give it. I suspect that once the thing has been mastered, it will sound better than the version we have. I like the quieter parts; it's the screaming I don't dig.

I voted in the second category because this song like some others just doesn't do it for me and there are others I definitely do want on the album, for example: Say Goodbye, Somebody's Gotta Change Your Mind, and Gotta Get Away. I'd also like to see Murrow and Deep Dense on it.

I love the song as I love all the GOS demos, though it isn't my favorite. I can definitely feel the fever when I hear it though . It definitely does rock and show off Lindsey's awesomeness. So if it were on the new FM album it would wow a lot of people who haven't had much exposure to his greatness and happen to pick up the album. But at the same time there are other new songs of his I'd rather see on there... Twist Of Fate, Miranda, SGCYM and maybe Murrow . I say maybe because if he's gonna actually release GOS I want him to save plenty of good stuff for it...and for the Mac album, pick songs that could be enhanced somehow by the rest of the band. The three other songs I mentioned I think have parts that beg for a little Stevie (and Christine) harmony. Especially Miranda. I love that song .
The contribution I want Stevie to make to Murrow is like her contribution to Lindsey's live rendition of Green Manalishi...that wailing at the end that gives you chills. Couldn't you hear that mixed into the chorus of Murrow? Wouldn't that ROCK???!!
