A Mick mention

I was just watching some sports coach guy on "E" Live, and he said he had just finished working with Mick in order to get him into shape(unfortunately he didn't say what for or when..but we all know!) and he said he took him up the side of a cliff in Maui, Mick took out a drum/bongo and started playing, wind blowing, waves crashing..(hahhaaaha) sounds kinda funny, but thats what he said! Sure beats doing 100 sit ups I guess.

Hmm...but isn't nearly as effective!! If this is his "fitness routine" that he's been going on about recently, I really hope he doesn't pass out in the middle of "Tusk"...!!!
