You know what? I don't feel 'strongly' about a lezbo scat video. What I do feel strongly about is this notion that just even hinting that such a thing exists out there on the web will cause the chiffonhead flock to compulsively Google for it, as if they have no mind of their own.

Everybody knows how easy it is to find shocking material on the web, and guess what- those two crack-heads weren't the first two to ever be filmed in a situation as gross as that nor will they be the last. I think you and whoever else moderates this forum just merely called more attention to it. And like I said in my (unanswered) reply to your finger-waving warning to me, I dont' see you censoring anyone here when they pollute their posts with 'F' bombs.

All of the current mods are listed in the lower right hand corner of each forum. Edited to add: http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showthread.php?t=34724

I was talking about Michele, the owner of the board. Listen, in the big scheme of things, is it really that big of a deal that this particular thread was removed? I appreciate that you didn't post the link, but for most people, curiosity would compel one to find it- I did it at work (like a dumbass)! I'm sorry that you feel so strongly about it. As I said in my earlier post, I will explain a deleted thread to everyone, rather than just deleting it.

I thought I had replied to everything you directed at me- not sure what I missed.

People have been very strongly warned here lately for using profanities. You seem like you just want to argue with me and I don't get it. Move it to PM if you have anything else to say to me.

I think the profanity thing depends on what's going on and where it is used. I think it is so silly for someone to deliberately type tha ctual word when something like "fukc" gets the point across just as well. So, when someone actually spells out the word, they know the rules and that is that - they have no one to thank but themselves if they called out for it or banned. If they want to curse, then they need to get their own board with their own rules

a little SELF censorship goes a long, long way

Also, as I have pointed out many times in the past, the only legal right to free speech is the Constitution's language in the First Amendment, which states (emphasis supplied) :

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

All state Constitutions have a similar phrase. Thus, the law states that free speech exists only in the context of the state (which is unclearly defined in the subsequent caselaw) cannot prohibit speech. A truly private entity, such as this board, has no such legal restriction. So, the owner of the board can legally prohibit speech. For those interested, here is a treatise or two on the issue.

http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/....aspx?id=17979

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Amendment

As an aside, the Second Amendment clearly confers on a well regulated militia, not an individual, the right to keep and bear arms, to wit:

Amendment II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

But, people cannot understand basic sentence construction and want to give that right to the people as a Constitutional right, which makes it harder for the state to regulate. I totally get that the idea of outlawing arms in 1776 did not exist. But, that does not mean the Const. grants the right in its language. But, the same people who want strict constuction of the Const. to deny the judge made "right to privacy," which does not exist in the Const. and is the basis for Roe, are the same people who want to say the Second Amendment implies the right to bear arms, when it does no such thing. Oh well, what are ya gonna do

But, the gun people are just as ridiculously and blindly rabid as the pro-choicers.

it was implied the "i try to" was "i try to censor myself". just in case no one caught on to that.

I must say the ledge has been kind of slow lately, but I have had nothing to say. College is busy, so I just mostly read, but I do try and make it a daily stop, even if I just read the threads.

If you had a sense of humor, you'd have known I was being sarcastic and humorous

For those slow on the uptake - I am joking in this post as well
