I just hope that SHE doesn't ruin the song for me...Its not that I dont like her at all, just shes more country, and Im not really a big country fan.

I think as long as they keep it similar to what Linds has been doing this past tour, It will be fine

Well, I haven't heard a cover of "Go Your Own Way" that I've liked -- yet none have RUINED the song for me. Most importantly, this is the first time of which I'm aware that Lindsey is taking part. . . so I'm VERY intrigued. Will it be a conservative cover or will he do something interesting with Carrie. . . I don't know. I'm excited. Can't wait for tomorrow. No drinking after work.

That said: I also think he and Carrie and Alicia Keys (hubbahubba) should do "Don't Stop" as well!

The NOFX cover almost accompished ruining it for me, then I put on the Rumours version, and it was all good again

I would have preferd him to work with Alicia, I really enjoy some of her work, I think Don't Stop would be a good song for the trio to do also

I liked the NoFX cover. Sheesh. I haven't heard it in years.

It's a testament to the song itself that people pick it up and want to try it. If they didn't like the original, they certainly aren't going to cover it.

I don't care for Carrie Underwood, (in fact I would rather eat dirt than listen to country) but Linds wouldn't put out crap on national television or anywhere else. He is a perfectionist and a genius and I think we should be anticipating the performance, not throwing it under the bus before it gets started, no?
