Did you see The Bourne Supremacy? There's a character in that movie that reminds me of Cheney. Just very cold. Perhaps DC sold is soul sometime after 1994?

In Paul O'Neill's book, The Price Of Loyalty, O'Neill describes having a conversation with someone who knew DC for a long time, as O'neill himself had. I can't search for a quote right now but the conversation was along the lines of asking O'Neill if he thought DC had "changed" and become and "ideologue."
I haven't seen The Bourne Supremacy but I will now per your recommendation and I love Matt Damon.

Actually, yes. He realized in 1995 how much money could *really* be made - when he became CEO of Halliburton. Coincidence?
