Seriously, the VA health care system in this country has been pathetic for decades and W is just as much to blame as every other a$$hole in office for the last 30 or so years.

He is at fault - but the problem did not suddenly appear with him. Thus, I lay blame at every Pres. since like Vietnam - though it goes back further than that, though IMO not as much.
