You take things waaaaay too personally Mary. I'm sorry if you feel that Carrie & I and others hate you just because we often disagree with you. Contrary to your paranoid belief, I don't purposely set out to attack/needle/provoke you. My snark does not discriminate, and it's not always directed at you. I don't have "cronies." Just because people agree with me on an issue doesn't mean we're in a gang or something. We agree because we all feel a certain way about an issue - NOT because you don't. I can't speak for "them", but I don't automatically go the opposite way that you do just for the sake of doing so.

Whatever Paula. I know what I (and others) have observed the minute I started coming back to these boards. I take it personal because you MADE it personal. You may deny it, but I know gang mentality when I see it, and when the same usual suspects deride me time after time, I know it goes deeper than a mere disagreement.

I dont mind people disagreeing with me. I DO mind being hounded and baited and treated like dirt. I also resent being stereotyped--I look at everything on a case by case basis, whether you believe it or not.

And Mary, I'm sorry but from the moment you came back to the board you started in on stuff too...you are not innocent in this. There have been MANY times when you attack or snark at someone who did not (in the instance) even deserve it, and I bit my tongue.

Then when people call you out you cry "gang mentality" but that's not the case.

Also - I'm glad this got out now, as clearly one cannot strongly disagree with you and still be friends, you're right, no great loss because I like to have debates and discussions with my friends, even when we disagree. And clearly that cannont be done with you.

There is no "gang mentality". We're all free-thinking individuals. Nobody is under the thumb of any one or two posters, and again, you've mentioned things in the past about some people being "Amber cronies" or "loyalists" when I knew that to be completely false - yet I didn't argue....

So in fact, the shoe does fit and I think the brand of shoe is paranoia.
