And YES, I did PM her to apologize if anything I said was misconstrued and made a peace offering. What did I get? MORE HELL!! I PM'ed again and got more smart-ass remarks. And YES, I agree that there is too much negative energy going around and how did she respond to that? ... basically continued to threaten "calling me out" and taking other actions. Who needs that nonsense?

I was first confused that someone could be such a frickin' jerk in a place where I have totally enjoyed corresponding with others. But that soon turned to pity because some internet message board moderators, I have discovered, are like those people that are real bad asses IN THEIR CAR! And if bossing people around on a message board gives you a feeling of power and control... well, bless your heart.

I truly enjoyed interacting with others about whatever topic, as well as having a place to share stories about talking with Bekka and/or Billy around town.
However, putting up with such nonsense ain't worth it.
Thanks for the apology but it's about patterns vs. incidence and such unpredictability is boring.

Thank you for this post. I find it quite ironic that Ms. Botox gets away with so many insults and personal attacks, but the minute anyone else says something she doesn't agree with, she goes insanely crazy on their ass (including fellow moderators!). Whatever: it's incredibly ridiculous and hypocritical. And her apology rings quite hollow IMO.

Oh well, I guess this is to be expected from The Ledge. Obvsiously, nothing will happen, since the moderators seem to have a free pass when it comes to board etiquette.
