Yes. That's why I eat at McDonald's about twice a year now, compared to my previous couple times a month.

I had not eaten it in awhile and I had a Big Mac and fries - I could not finish it and it kind of made me sick while eating it. I also noticed the size of the meat patty was a little like AOL size Seriously, it was this little peice of meat hidden in this huge bun. I was like "this is a rip off" because my meat used to be much larger than this.
