Have you by chance ever heard the song "Tell It To Carrie" by The Romantics? It kinda reminds me of it, not in a bad way though, since The Romantics = one of the best bands ever. Sounds cool.

I got Carrie from Stephen King's book. It was the book I was reading the time I wrote the song. I needed a girls name, so I just thought, what the heck, we'l go with Carrie.

Thank you for the salute. I actually haven't heard of that song, but saying it reminds you of one of the best bands ever is definately a huge compliment.

My song Carrie was just origianlly writeen with me on piano. Now, the semi-almost-kinda-final product sounds very 80's with its strong rhythm and everything (think Rock A Little, just a little less rock). I am still on a high from last night, because like I said, nobody has ever done my songs and it is just a great feeling.
