I recorded that session from the radio in 1992. Just accidently tuned in at the beginning, then had to find a tape quickly... that's all pre-podcast/mp3/internetradio-era, haha!
Don't know what's in Vanessa's file, but I got the other songs as well if you're interested? Interviews too.

Vanessa included street of dreams-the ultimate version as far as I'm concerned, and NGBA. No interviews though. I'd love to hear jan-douwe too .

I just checked a big pile of backup cd-rws of all my mac stuff, haven't found the interviews... Looks like I only converted the songs to mp3's. I'll try to do the interviews this weekend (if I remember how to hook up the cassetteplayer to the pc, haha)
funny how much eurosonic/noorderslag seems to be in the news this year, when it's actually the first time I'm going (and I've lived here for more than ten years, shame on me!)

Countdown was the first lindsey/solo song I liked, so therefore is the reason I ended up getting interested in his solo career. You wouldn't want to change that, would you??

Ger, that was a hard one for me too, one I had to think about for a while. I remember when I first heard Shut Us Down, and believe me, it took some getting used to. I absolutely love it now, but I've loved Countdown from the beginning, so that's why it won out.
