thanks bitches.

like I told Carrie, I've been eating a breakfast bar for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for lunch, an apple for a snack and then a Lean Cuisine for dinner with a 1/4 cup of no sugar pudding for dessert, not realizing the LC's were only like 260 calories each. I just, for some reason, haven't been looking. but I'm taking the night off from the treadmill and I'm gonna eat some chicken and a salad or something.

I hope the dizziness is food-related and not something else. what else could it be? hopefully not the effin flu. is dizziness a symptom of the flu?

Brain tumor, most likely.

Naw. It's probably the food. glad you are having chicken, sounds like you aren't getting much protein.

go carrie, go carrie.

went to tarzhay today to get new workout pants, because my other ones were falling off my azz. so that was good, but what was also good was that i found a sweet pair for $7.48! sweet mother. also got one of bra/tank things by champion (not the lame camis they have, this one is heavy duty) to keep all my bizzness where it belongs. of course, i have to also wear a bra under it, but it definitely works. and then i kicked azz at the gym. look out.

In my defense I don't wear that coat often.

But yeah, I have worn it since the ID was "lost" in the pocket.

Jaz Lean Cuisine is not for active people! Unless you eat 2.

I love those bras. But I don't need to double up, bless your heart (rack). Isn't getting new cool (smaller) workout clothes awesome? Before Christmas I paid retail for these Champion pants at Target just because I'm worth it. But seriously, they fit so well and look great. Although they're probly on the half off rack now.

Don't ever look at your naked ass in a full-length mirror.

I can't twist my neck that far. It's probably all of the best... not my best bodypart for sure.

i'm totally in love with it! and yes, bless my rack ... champion shiz is expensive but i'm beginning to think it's worth it in the long run ... i've been buying prospirit pants and they suck so bad. they're useful for yoga/pilates, but for anything high-intensity, i can't get them to stay on my ass. those poor people on the machines behind me.

^ I just skimmed the site, but it look very cool. Congrats on the pants, btw. I love a bargain, esp when it's something that you really need and/or looks great on you.

Jaz - that does NOT seem to be enough calories for you. Sesly. Scary low. I worry, bubulah. You need more food, me thinks. And I concur with Amber, def. more protein. I mean, the LC dinners are great, but it's usually only 1 meat serving & a veggie serving. And I love apples, but personally they make me way more hungry (I guess it's the glycemic index & all that.) I beg you to AT LEAST eat some more veggies along with your dinners, and an orange or banana once on a while. Please. For me. Some egg whites, perhaps? Weight Watchers bagel or English Muffin? Hmm?

Couple things. #1 - I found this delicious hummus at the grocery store. I was very skeptical, because I've tried hummus a couple times in the past & it sucked. But Tribal Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is f*cking tasty. I've been dipping pretzels in it (that's about all I have in the house snack-wise right now) but I'm sure it would be awesome as a sandwich/wrap condiment too, as well as with some sort of crappy healthy whole wheat crackers or something. Exciting.

#2 - I did a full 30 (was it 40?) minutes on the elliptical Friday. Took yesterday off, partially because I was busy (read: active) early in the day & partially because I got really lazy at night & couldn't tear myself off the couch & away from the 50 home improvement/design shows that were on. Today, I kicked ass. Did a full 45 MINUTES (my longest ever!) on the elliptical, then did a good 20 minutes of light weights/resistance & ab exercises. It felt great. The elliptical claims I burned about 440 calories, so hopefully that will make up for some of the beer I've decided to drink tonight.
